How do I book?
Check your date, choose the package that fits your celebration, and pay a 20% deposit to lock it in — no account or password needed.

How long should I book the photobooth for?
For most events, 2 hours is enough if the photobooth is just one part of the celebration. If you're expecting more guests or want it to be a bigger part of the experience, 3–4 hours works better. Either way, the mirror stays at your venue until the event ends — see below.
What's included in every package?
Unlimited photo sessions, unlimited instant prints, a custom photo design, a booth attendant, premium props, instant QR sharing, mirror decoration, and professional setup — regardless of your guest count.
Does the photobooth stay for the whole event, or just my booked session?
It stays for the whole event. Even if you book a 2-hour session, the Mirror Photobooth remains at your venue until the event ends — dressed in florals and lighting, it doubles as part of your event decor, and guests can keep taking photos at the mirror afterward, even outside the active session.
Can I personalise the photo design?
Yes. We follow your event theme or colour palette where possible — just share your preferred colours, names, event date, theme, or logo/monogram with us, and we'll take care of the rest.
What's the payment schedule?
For Mirror Photobooth packages, payment is split into three stages:

What happens after I book?
We follow the schedule above for payments. Around 2 weeks before your event, we'll also reach out on WhatsApp to confirm a few last details: ⏰ event time, 🪞 photobooth session, 🎨 photo design, and 📞 your PIC (person in charge) on the day.
Can I book last-minute?
Bookings within 7 days of the event can't be made online — message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it directly.
Do you charge extra for events outside Johor Bahru?
Venues within the Greater Johor Bahru area are free. Elsewhere in Johor, a per-kilometre transport fee applies, calculated from our base and shown clearly before you confirm your booking.
Can I get a custom package for my event?
Our listed packages are designed to keep things simple, but if your event has specific requirements, message us with your event date, duration, location, and estimated guest count — we'll see what works best for you.
Can I cancel my booking?
The 20% deposit is always non-refundable. Beyond that, how much is refunded depends on how far ahead of your event you cancel:
